So...anyone who knows me knows about this awesome guy Mike that I talked to a while ago. He's a wicked nice guy and turned 18 in spring i think. Well he was thinking about joining the army and now he has. I'm sad because as soon as he graduates he's going active for 6 years. He'll be 24 and I'll be 20 by then. I met him cus he's a fellow drummer with a lot of talent. Really I have nothing against the millitary my mom was enlisted in the national guard for 9 years and my dad was in the rotc drum corps. I'm proud of him for being this strong and brave but, there's an effing war right now and I'm worried that something might happen. His brother who's not much older then me is enlisting too. So I really just want him to be safe and happy and God please let the war end soon cus I hate it.

Sorry if this is all scatterbrained but, I'm pretty sad.
